Additive Manufacturing
Additive Manufacturing sits comfortably in the space between both practical engineering and cutting edge innovation, and it is sparking a new industrial revolution.
At AME, our team has unparalled expertise at Additive Manufacturing in the Aerospace industry.
Our focus on using one of the industry’s largest print volumes allows us to quickly fabricate batches of smaller pieces or produce large parts with increased complexity.
3D Metal printing is an additive layer technology that uses a laser beam to melt thin layers of powdered metal on top of each other. This layer by layer process allows for advanced internal designs and features.
We currently have two EOS M 400 LPBF systems at our facility and offer customers a variety of powdered metals including inconel, copper, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, maraging steel, aluminum, and titanium.
If your project requires the production of complex shapes that traditional CNC machinery isn’t capable of, AME has everything you need to complete your project simply and affordably.

Overview
3D Metal printing is an additive layer technology that uses a laser beam to melt very thin layers of powdered metal on top of each other. This layer by layer process allows for advanced internal designs and features.
We have two large L-PBF systems at our facility and offer customers a variety of powdered metals including inconel, copper, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, maraging steel, aluminum, and titanium. If your project requires the production of complex shapes that traditional CNC machinery isn’t capable of, AME has everything you need to complete your project simply and affordably.
